You can delete a user from the hotel dashboard. Please find the steps as follows.
Go to ‘Account’ in the top right corner of the dashboard, and go to the ‘Admin’ tab:
Find a user you wish to remove from the dashboard and click the ‘Remove’ link:
* If the user hasn't verified the email, the user won’t appear on the dashboard. In that case, please contact email@example.com with the hotel name(s) and the user’s email address so that we can assist with this.
