What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies according to each booking and is something that hotels set through their rates.
Each booking comes with a cancellation policy; typically a hotel stay comes with a free cancellation period up until a certain date & time prior, to the booking dates, which you can share with your users.
How do you handle booking cancellations?
With refundable bookings, we credit your next payment request for the value of that refund. So if your user cancels a reservation that is worth £50, we will credit the amount to your next payment request.
