A Property Management System sometimes known as a Hotel Management Application is a platform containing a set of tools that allows a hotel to run its day-to-day operations. Examples of Property Management Systems integrated into the Impala Stay are Mews, Clock, and Guestline.
The data that is available in a PMS tends to be guest details, reservation, room assignment, room status, room rate, food and beverage costing, maintenance management, quality management, and other amenities.

In order to engage with the guest and retrieve feedback of their stay. The technology partner requires details such as the guest's contact details and reservation status. All of which is typically available in the Property Management System.
