To request to have an application removed from your organisation please follow the below steps.
- Submit a request to the Impala support team at support@impala.travel
- Within the request include your app ID which can be found under Details and APP ID
- Ensure that there are no live hotels on the application.
- Make sure that you are the account owner.
- Send the request from the email address that you normally use to connect to Impala management console.
