Accessing the simple reports
- Click 'Setup' then 'Configuration'.
- Click 'Setup' again.
- Click 'Reports Setup'.
- Click 'Reports'.
- Click 'New'.
- Check the box 'Simple Reports'.
- Check the box 'Customise'.
Adding simple reports to the permissions
If you are unable to customize simple reports here are the steps to get these added to your user profile:
- Click Setup > User Configuration
- Click Users
- Search for your user accounts on the PMS
- Click Edit
- Click Permissions (at the bottom of the screen)
- The bottom left box should have a General folder
- This folder includes Customize Simple Reports
- Select the folder
- Click Grant to add it to the right box and then Save

If you are unable to access the delivery method here are the steps to get these added to your user profile:
- Click 'Set up' and 'User Configuration'
- Click 'Users'
- Search for the user
- Click 'Edit'
- Click 'Permission'
- Click 'Find'
- Click on for 'PROPERTY CONFIG'
- Click on 'GRANT' for the 'DELIVERY METHOD'
- Click on 'Save'

- Click 'Miscellaneous'.
- Click 'Report Scheduler'.

If you are unable to access the report scheduler here are the steps to get these added to your user profile:
- Click 'Set up' and 'Application settings'
- Click 'Find'
- Search for the report scheduler
- Click 'Edit'
- Add the value 'Y'
