In this article, you will find a rundown of how far back Impala is able to retrieve hotel data for each specific property management system.
Opera
Default: 1 year in the past.
This is adjustable when setting up the reports (Disclaimer: adjusting the reports might result in reports failing as we are unable to process large datasets)
SQL Server
Default: 1 year in the past.
This is adjustable on a hotel-level (Disclaimer: adjusting the query can potentially have negative effects on the hotel's system and our ability to parse the data).
Infor HMS*
This integration currently returns bookings starting from the date the hotel connected to Impala, as well as bookings in the past that have since been updated. The integration won't return any past bookings beyond that.
Booking and guest details update whenever the booking changes status, e.g. from EXPECTED to CHECKED_IN.
*Please note that unfortunately we only support the Infor integration for hotels that have an existing connection between Impala and Infor. At this time we are no longer able to accept any new request to integrate to this PMS.
