Stay Data API's installation process differs depending on the hotel and which underlying Property Management System it uses. Below is a list of individual processes for each PMS
Oracle Hospitality Opera
Connectivity: Reporting

Access requirement: Customise Simple Reports, Delivery Method, and Report Scheduler

Server requirements:
- If using Opera Hosted, the hotel will need to whitelist.
- IP: 18.197.245.45
- Port: 22 (for outbound SFTP traffic).

Suite8
Connectivity: Impala Data Reader
Duration: 1 hour
Access requirement: Admins
How long until the hotel goes live: 1 hour
Server requirement:
- If using Windows Server 2008 R2.
- Windows update KB2533623 must be installed.
- Direct access to the PMS database (no firewall restrictions in place).
- Access to the internet (port 443).
- It's running Windows Server 2008 R2 or later.
- The server must be 64-bit with 64-bit Windows installed.
- Direct access to the PMS database (no firewall restrictions in place).
- Access to the internet (port 443).
The Impala Data Reader is a locally installed Windows service with minimal CPU footprint. Installation must be performed remotely on the hotel’s server. Impala does this for free via TeamViewer.
SQL Server

This is a direct Clock PMS integration. The hotel completes a step-by-step self-onboarding guide which explains clearly how to set up Impala. There are no technical skills required and the self-onboarding can be completed by anyone with Administrator or Subscription Owner account settings. The self-onboarding can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.
Guestline
Connectivity: Direct PMS integration
Duration: 15 minutes
Access requirement: N/A
How long until the hotel goes live: We need to wait for the access details from Guestline (this can take up to seven days).
This is a direct Guestline integration. The hotel completes a step-by-step self-onboarding guide that explains clearly how to set up Impala. There are no technical skills required, and the integration can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.
