Impala does not use an OXI as this incurs a significant and often unnecessary expense for the hotel and the software provider. It also typically requires a very long wait to be installed and switched on.
Instead, Impala uses inherent functionality within the PMS to provide a more robust, more cost-effective, but equally secure form of integration.
There is no need to speak with your Account Manager at your PMS to get Impala up and running.
