Impala uses its own proprietary technology to connect to the majority of the property management systems. As such, we do not charge for any additional licences or fees that the hotel has to pay to Impala. The one exception to this rule is Guestline, as they have a direct PMS integration with Impala. Guestline does charge a fee per room which the hotel will need to negotiate with Guestline directly.
